We can do full quality inspection and AQL 2.5 random quality check for lighting.

Below is one of our cases and our QC process under AQL2.5 rules.

1. We will arrange QC inspector to check the lighting within 1 working day.

2. Pick products randomly by AQL 2.5 or more percent if the situation allowed. And check the outer and inner package, make sure it is safe and clean to avoid clams caused by package.

3. Check all the spare parts and product label.

4. Check the appearance, function and structure of each part.

5. Assembly the lamp follow the user manual to see if it can be assembled.

6. Test the torque of the socket and screws, check the mechanical character, the cord and junction box.

7. Electrical performance test.

The QC report together with photos will be sent to you within 24 hours.
